The reason I rushed back to my cabin every evening....................

Our room steward was adorable. Friendly, gracious, helpful, and a talented creator of towel animals. Every night after the 8pm concert, I could not wait to get back to our cabin to see what Teem had left for us (besides the chocolate on my pillow). My favorite was the hanging monkey, which we left up for the rest of the cruise. We had a balcony and it's amazing how small you can feel when you are staring at an endless deep blue blanket of water as far as your eyes can see and the white foam from the wake of the boat floating away behind us. If I had to pick the highlight of the cruise, it would be the really quiet moments spent alone with a cup of tea, sitting on my balcony staring off into the horizon. I've never been a big fan of quiet reflection. I just don't schedule it into my daily routine. Do you schedule quiet time for yourself? I always found it over rated and much preferred to be entertained rather than sit alone with my thoughts.
