The Good news is we just booked a cruise from Miami to Grand Turk Island.

The bad news?

I have to wait until freakin January of 2009 to go!

I've never been on a cruise ship before.

I was told the cheap rooms can cause claustrophobia.

So I had hubby book the 2nd largest room on the ship.

I feel giddy about it.

Imagining what outfits to bring.

I'm gonna need to go shopping.

I don't want to wear any of the crap I already own.

I may need new luggage too.

Hmmm.

Imagining swimming and sunbathing in January sounds like heaven.

It's nine months until the ship sets sail.

It's like being pregnant except without the hemorrhoids and swollen feet.

Excited and anxious,

not sure what to expect when the big day arrives.
